Mr clean sponge does that. I just take my shower and when im done, throw the mr clean sponge on the shower floor and use my feet to scrub making sure i do not fall and rince. All done!

Hi all I am awaer the music is too loud, I asked for it to be muted or lowered when I had the video made some years back but I didnt hear back from the producers, and I dont know how to remove or lower the volume myself. I am sorry as it has been comment on for years, but I can not do much about it.

Harpic have tablets that you leave in the water overnight... like newxthe next morning, after the first flush.

One could try neutralizing the muriatic acid with baking soda before it is rinsed off to a chromed drain.

Stainless steel is the easiest to clean. The smell is interesting if I light up the gas while WD40 vapors are in the room. Not sure this counts as polishing as the WD film evaporates in a few days after looking impressive and shiny at first.

be careful the sprays are toxic. go for something more green.

I asked back in 2013 when I made this video if the music could be turned down, but the people who made it with me no longer had access to do this, I am sorry the music is too high, but the method is there to show you what to do to remove limescale, DO NOT PUT HARPIC ON GOLD OR PAINTED TAPS

Worked! I followed the instructions exactly. The two key tips were to *help* the limescale cleaner do it’s job using a soft scourer and to complete the final clean with *dilute* glass cleaner. Did the job to a good result in under 10 minutes.

Works well thank you on a bath - great suggestion - had to apply several lots of the Harpic which gradually got rid of heavy limescale which we are plagued with in our region - made sure I rinsed off quickly each time but now it's all gone and only £ 2 from Asda - used to use a really scary cement stain remover from a builders merchant which was very strong with nasty fumes Thanks very much

Your voice is way too low compared with background music. Ppl come to see how to remove the lime stain, not to listen to the music. But otherwise good tip.

Hi, I really enjoyed your video and will definitely be trying your harpic trick! Can you advise me on how I can clean the areas inside my shower runners as they are chrome and extremely difficult to get to. I am going to try using a steam cleaner later today but wondered if there was a way to prevent build up or if it's simply unavoidable. Would you advise attaching shower seals at the bottom or are they not really worth it, and is there a way to clean the insides of my magnetic door strip that connects the doors as there is a small area of mould that seems to be building up. Can I take them off and clean them by hand? Apologies for the essay but this is something I have been tackling for a while. Thanks again for uploading!

Hello Amina Zaki, unfortunately the Domestos Lime Scale remover is for down the toilet only, it may work on the shower tray as I show in my video with Harpic but it will damage a shower head as they often have a silver or plastic film on them and can not take the toilet gel Limescale remover, A spray lime scale such as Lime Lite or Ecover Lime scale remover or Tesco's own Lime scale remover works on shower heads, but you may need to replace the damaged one, then clean it often with a spray lime scale remover to stop the build up happening again.
